Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, and we do our best to help you make the right choice. However, please note we do not offer refunds for incorrect fit, change of mind, or personal preferences. Refunds are only available in the case of faulty garments.

Please Read Before Purchasing:

We highly encourage shopping local and trying on garments in person where possible.
If ordering online, we strongly recommend checking all garment measurements carefully and comparing them with similar pieces in your wardrobe to ensure the best possible fit. We are not able to accommodate returns due to incorrect size or fit 

If you’d like to make a return, please refer to the guidelines below:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Please take care when trying on garments—items with makeup marks or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Change of mind returns are eligible for exchange or online store credit only.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Faulty item claims must be submitted within the return window.

Final Sale Items:

  • All sales and international orders are final—no returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at admin@montaigne.com.au within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Details of the item(s) you'd like to return

  2. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Let us know which item you’d like in exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

  3. Ship your return using a tracked shipping method. Please note:

    • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

    • Montaigne Paris is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
