Shipping

Our customers know us for our speedy shipping! We do our best to get your order out quickly - we know how exciting it is to receive a new piece to add to your wardrobe.

Order Processing Times:

Orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays are shipped the same business day.

Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Please note, during sale periods, processing times may be extended due to increased volume.

Shipping Within Australia and New Zealand:

We offer free express shipping on orders over $300 AUD.

For orders under $300 AUD, standard shipping rates apply.

International Orders:

All international packages are sent with a required signature upon delivery.

Due to logistics and cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of Australia. We appreciate your understanding.

Lost Packages:

We will assist you in every way possible if your package is lost in transit. However, once the shipping courier has provided proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the package.

If you wish to ensure receipt of your package, you can opt for a signature-required delivery at checkout.

Order Changes:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method, please contact us immediately at admin@montaigne.com.au.

 

 

Returns 

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item please refer to our policy below. 

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided items are in original condition. 

For change of mind returns we offer exchanges or online credit. 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. We recommend taking care when trying on items - garments received with make-up stains will not be accepted. Additional shipping charges apply.

Montaigne Paris accepts refunds on faulty items only. In the event of receiving a faulty item, we offer exchange, online credit or refund. 

Please note all international sales are final. 

All sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, unless faulty.  

To organise a return: 

  • Contact admin@montaigne.com.au within 14 business days of receiving your items, stating the reason for your return, name, order number and details of the item you wish to return in your email.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please inform us which item you wish to exchange for, noting that exchanges incur additional shipping charges. If we cannot fulfill your request, online credit will be issued. 
  • Ship your item via tracked shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 

Montaigne Paris accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
