Shipping

Our customers know us for our speedy shipping! We do our best to get your order out quickly - we know how exciting it is to receive a new piece to add to your wardrobe.

• Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed Sat-Sun will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. During sale season, shipping and handling may take additional days.

Due to the transit time and shipping cost, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for purchases made by customers outside of Australia. Thank you for understanding.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once proof of delivery is generated by the shipping courier, we cannot be held responsible for the package. If you'd like to request signature upon delivery, please select the signature required option at checkout. All international packages require signature by default. 

We cannot cancel your order once placed. If you need to update your shipping address or method, please contact us immediately at admin@montaigne.com.au
