Open to Global participants aged 18 years and over
Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible
• How to Enter:
Place an order with Montaigne between 1 December and 14 February
Submit a genuine review linked to that order during the promotion period
Reviews can be submitted via email link, QR code included in the parcel, or link in bio
• Entries:
Each eligible order that receives a review equals one (1) entry
No minimum spend applies
Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative — all will be treated equally
• Prize:
One (1) winning order will be selected at random
The prize is a refund of the full purchase price of the winning order
Refund will be made to the original payment method
Prize value equals the amount paid for the order (including GST)
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
• Draw Details:
The draw will take place after 14 February on a date determined by the promoter
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email address linked to their order within 7 days
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw
• Privacy:
Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion
Information will be handled in accordance with Montaigne’s Privacy Policy unless additional consent is provided
• General:
The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions
